SEZAM: System of Educational Academic and Multimedia Resources
Task 46, titled "SEZAM: System of Educational Academic and Multimedia Resources," is implemented as part of the project "NERW PW. Science – Education – Development – Cooperation," co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.
Task implementation period: March 1, 2018 – December 31, 2021
The objective of this task is to enhance the effectiveness of teaching at Warsaw University of Technology (PW) by developing educational materials that will be made available in the open-access SEZAM repository. These materials are published under a Creative Commons license, allowing various stakeholders to use them for teaching or learning. The creation and expansion of the repository are expected to increase the university’s prestige, maintain its position, extend its influence, and attract interest from individuals outside the academic community.
The task includes:
- Designing, launching, and maintaining the SEZAM IT system – an open educational resources repository.
- Developing and uploading to the repository 160 educational modules in the fields of Electronics, Automation and Robotics, and Telecommunications, as well as 80 presentations within the Industry 4.0 Platform. The materials will be prepared in accordance with standards established within the task and will include multimedia elements and self-assessment tests.
