| How do I obtain a student ID card? If you have a PESEL number, you no longer need to apply for a classic Electronic Student ID Card (ELS) and pay the fee. You can activate your ID card via mObywatel. If you still want to receive a plastic ID card (ELS), this is possible, but only upon request and for a fee.
